The Technology Innovation Hub (TIH or Hub) hosted by the Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IITP) is a part of the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NMICPS) of the Government of India's Department of Science and Technology (DST).
The TIH-IITP has built a track record of incubating technology based startups and business ideas. The philosophy of the hub is to promote graduate entrepreneurs in three stages, albeit you don't have to be from the IIT or NIT to qualify for our incubation support programmes. You can be from any university/college/ region across India.
The Hub's central theme is Speech, text and video analytics and hence we are launching the Analytics 7.0 concept (more on this later).
The Start-ups are invited for incubation and conducting R&D activities in the following major domains :
Video, Speech & Text Analytics.
AI & Internet of Things (IoT).
Drone and counter drone technologies.
Point care diagnostics and health care.
Embedded systems, nanotechnologies- sensors, drug delivery.
Civil and defence cyber-security aspects.
RF & Telematics.
Wireless Power Transfer.

Startup Proposal Rounds:
We accept proposal throughout the year.
At TIH-IITP the executive team may call for proposal evaluation round whenever a good startup proposal is received.
The application for all three programmes is open.
The executive team will make the final decisions on the eligibility of each proposal in consultation with the board members.
The hub may even suggest the innovators/startup's to apply for a certain programme based on the status of their proposal.
